I just tried the method, it does not work

It stucks on « sent retry »

can you detail what you did to get the error?
did you swap out the handle bar/throttle/dash/dashboard from a donor lime/jump to a bird es2 or es4?
swap in a oem or non-oem dashboard?
flash custom rom?
I tried to flash the scooter with a customized rom through Milan’s process

I used an oem dashboard with a Lime control board inside the scooter

I had the error [2] and [4] with the message « sent retry » in front of the error code

Therefore I tried to flash an OEM control board with default serial number. I had the same error

I also tried to swap the dashboard and the control board of my Lime scooter to OEM and try to change the serial number and get the scooter as GuilleMT witnessed but it fails

When I enter the new SN in both fields of the SN changing option on the ninebot app, the scooter disconnect itself, tries to apply the new SN in it but then it bips again and when I check again the installed SN, the default one remains
Just like if the control board was write-protected

If it is, that would also explain why I can’t flash the scooter through the EsdownG app

Hi,

I recovered a Lime scooter, following the advice of the forum I bought an OEM controller. I soldered an XT60 connector instead of the existing XT30. However I don't know what is the connector surrounded in red. Someone would have the info?

This connector is to plug the external Ninebot Battery.

I just converted a Tier Es Scooter and i works fine but I cant downgrade the firmware with Es_downG. I can connect to it and check the version. Ninebot App works too but when I click flash bin, it says 0% and then [3] sent retry. After some retries it cancels the process. Does anybody know how I can flash the firmware? I got it from https://ninebot.scooterhacking.org.
