Anyone try this with a Lyft scooter yet? They seem identical to the Bird scooters but just wondering if they have any other secrets we should know about before I pick one up at an auction. Humanbeing, any thoughts?
Converted a Lyft M365 with a fake blue clone board. Before doing anything remove the bottom battery cover and remove Lyft's custom battery splitter ( from what I hear you will fry the board) because it sends extra power up to Lyfts brain. Plug the battery back directly into the control board and then the control cable directly back into the control board.
Mi Home and M365 DownG don't work. M365 battery, M365 Dashboard, and M365 tools work just fine. With the last two you can turn on/off the cruise control, adjust the regen braking strength, turn on the rear tail light, and lock the scooter. Also gives you detailed info (like Mi Home app) on battery info, body temp, and mileage. Headlight works fine and switching from Eco to Normal mode too This is an image - REGISTER or LOGIN to view.
