I bought 2 scooter , $270 each, from design to app, charger, battery, texture on scooter, all show M365 and Xiaomi.
however, this scooter can not folding. I plan to replace the folding, I took out 4 hex screws, but the 5th is not hex, I tried many things but I could not find out what is it.

Anyone know how to take this out?

What is the link you guys are using to buy the circuit board from right now? I know there was a few posted in the beginning but not sure if they work still.

There were two links that seemed promising: https://www.ebay.com/p/Repair-Parts-Cir ... 3942419471

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Durable-Board- ... ctupt=true

Can anyone let me know if these circuits are good or which one I should buy?

Thanks!

First, you got ripped off. You bought a stolen Bird scooter, which is cool and fine, but you shouldn't have paid $270 becuase that's regular price for a used scooter that isn't stolen.

Second, to take off, drill or cut off that. Just cut it flush, it's like a mushroom head (it's a rivet). Once you get it flush, you can punch/press the rest of it into the hole, and the rivet will fall through and out. I used a dremel cutting/grinding tool, a hand saw or file could work too. Or a drill but you'll damage the drill bit.

OEM folding poles can be purchased at https://www.ebay.com/itm/113469875711 and "submit offer" for $50.

I have one if you want. It's non-oem, so can't be used to flash custom firmware, but works for the app and lights and everything else. Comes with 3 screws and a cover (the black piece with button to press and the 4 battery level lights). $25 shipped. Email me at gmail: user2400@

The ones you listed don't have a cover, so you'll have to spend an extra $5 to buy separately.

If you want an OEM one that can be used for flashing https://www.ebay.com/itm/183489822032

I just bought a M365 Pro and went uphill on a 15% incline with a fully charged battery. It stuttered and shut down giving a red code 40 error (overheated). Anyone know if this requires changing the motor, motherboard or any other fix? I waited for it to cool down and still same issue.

So I looked through all 32 pages and could not see anyone with the same issue. I got to 2 scooters recently and I bought 2 boards from amazon. They were the blue fakes which I wasn't aware of until reading these threads. So the first scooter I did charged up all the way and then I installed the board and all the lights on the display turned on and I was getting one beep like every 5 minutes. The power button did nothing at all. I decided to see if the scooter would run as is and I took it out side and kicked off and hit throttle and it did run even though I had no controls from the new board. So sapped with the other new board and got the same problem. The board connected to m365 plus app but would not connect to segway ninebot app.
so I tried charging the second scooter but the light stayed red on the charger and the board would not do anything on this scooter. So what I did was remove the battery covers and checked the batteries and I noticed the difference in the batteries is that the little blue light on the dead scooter is not blinking. But here is where it gets weird. I checked the voltage on this battery and its 42v so that means its fully charged. So I took that battery and put it in the good scooter and the red light on the controller came on but the blue light on battery still did not come on and it would not charge on the scooter. I put the good battery to dead scooter and it started charging but the controller board battery does not turn red on the dead scooter.

I have since returned the fake boards back to amazon and ordered 2 real ones on ebay. No I am waiting to see if the real board will make the good scooter function properly but I am still stumped on the dead scooter. Do you guys think I need a new battery controller and battery board? thanks
