My review on Amazon for a kit.

Upon my many travels I came up on a legendary flying creature calling for help. Every time it tried to move it would beep it in agony.

I used the weapons known as torx screwdrivers to tear open it mouth. It was obvious that the poor creature was being possessed by some Malignant Force.

I inspect its mouth pulled at the Grey tounge and cut away at the parasite controlling this legendary creature.

When I though there was no hope, I realized that the parasite had pushed the original tounge deep inside and adapted itself to grown and control this flying creature.

I repaired the damage done with the parts provided in this kid. I was almost fully able to nurse this flying creature back to health minus a few cosmetic issues.

I thought I had succeed but realized that a ball and chain spell had been casted in its hind leg. I went to the market and looked up m365 tools in order to cast an unlock spell which at last set this flying creature free.
Which torx did you use to open the mouth of the infamous beast ?
If it's brain version #2 pull off the entire sticker (heat gun really helps) then there are 6 screws which need a t9 bit. Same bit to remove the 5 screws inside that hold the board to the housing.

Anyone know what bits you need for the lyft scooters? They seem to have the screws upside down and dont seem to be the same ones as bird.

I havent mess with it as much since it is awkward to be kneeling or laying down near a scooter.

They have by far the nicest M365 around. Looks like Lime and Bird are no longer supplying new 365 they moved on to the Segways.

That picture is blurry, but looks like nr.2 phillips. What sort of surprises me, but given a little insight how those sort of ’techy businesses operate..then again not surprised.
Sort of surprised too, how one could be so mechanically unaware and need to ask. But I suspect ulterior motive for asking something that obvious.
Almost like Lyft goes out of their way to make theft of and for hacking their property easier.

Photos look like philips but I've seen them use torq bits exterior and square bits interior IIRC.

Groovy !
I found alot of scooters in the street also. They are literally everywhere for the taking. But somebody told me its crime to just take them. I dunno...
That scooter picture linked to looks as if its fork or mast is bent. Perhaps was crashed or dropped on its front wheel. Or some idiot pulling wheelies or something. But could just be quirk of the camera...

That ebay link shows a M365 dashboard. Too bad that work with that bentforks scooter in the ’pic.

Hello

I found this in the street.

What about gps tracking? The ebay module removes the company tracking and so on?

That Lime scooter is not an M365 model scooter. Your eBay "module" or what this thread calls the "brain/motherboard" is for M365 scooters only. The Lime scooter in your pic is a Segway model. You'll need to find the brain for that instead.

If I were you, I'd read this entire thread and probably stick to finding a M365 as there's a bunch of instructionals on how to do it for them.

But if you're set on getting that Lime -- (I think the Segway models are plastic POS, but they have cool LED lighting) read this: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1019

Also, I think I need to BUMP this info and the other thread about the DIFFERENCE between BIRD and LYFT's M365 scooters:

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1020

Reminder from page 9 of this thread: If you plug a M365 brain into the LYFT's scooter the same way you do for BIRD's -- IT. WILL. EXPLODE.

Page 9: viewtopic.php?p=3288#p3288

And this to PROPERLY unplug Lyft's power splitter in order to plug in the replacement brain without it exploding:

viewtopic.php?p=3165#p3165

Lyft's scooters are by far the best condition M365s on Los Angeles streets, mostly brand spankin' new.
