Had a go at over-volting the factory controller with flashed firmware and it just keep coming up with "voltage-error" and never ran. Now ripped everything out and going generic Aliexpress 48V 350W controller with 13s3p battery and stock motor. Hope it runs better than before.

Factory battery then added a 2S and 4S in series. Both didn't work with factory controller.

Did you code the controller for higher voltage? You need to set the voltage limit in the botox firmware toolkit and download and flash that firmware. I set my voltage limit to 63 volts.

Yep, I sure did. Multiple times. Still didn't work.
Given up and just ripped everything out to use an aftermarket controller.
