How to remove rear wheel from chassis

Required Tools:
Razor blade
2.5mm alan wrench
4.0mm alan wrench

(1) Remove red sticker with razor blade to reveal bolts.
This is an image - REGISTER or LOGIN to view.

(2) Use 2.5mm alan wrench to remove bolts holding on plastic cover. Keep bolts in plastic cover for convient assembly later.

(3) Use 4.0mm alan wrench to remove bolt from axle. Keep two washers on the bolt.
This is an image - REGISTER or LOGIN to view.

(4) Repeat steps 1 - 3 on opposite side.

(5) Pull rear wheel away from chassis to detach wheel.

Does anyone know the tool needed to remove this rivet bolt on the collar? None of the repair guide videos have this rivet.
