If someone gets me the right pinout for the controller I have a downgrade to test that will let it worked with the arduino hack again. If anyone can get me the right order for the pins so I can test it I will share the downgrade with them.

Well i m a bit Desperate this is my storie:

I have bought this controller on Ali:
https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/40003004 ... 6c37YoUt16

I know i should have bought an 500w (my mistake)

So i have plugged all cables and follow carrefully all thread from this post:

1/ First it was working like a charm i have rid for a 10km ride no issue :D :D
2/ After I did ride a bit longer but with lof of slope and the controler was quite hot and I get a E10 error and throttle not working (could not make it work)

I switch it off during 2 houurs cool down and it works again

I think there were an issue so i did :
a) the green study cable = nothing still I got ta E07 error
b) inversed the green and blue line from motor line - it works and then motor vibrating violently
so I have tried all combination of the 3 colors (blue yellow green)

c) and then again : E07 error

Now :
Nothing is working anymore !
When i switch it on it make like a TIC TIC TIC sounds from the wheels motor and i get stuck with E07 error
when i activate the throttle it makes again the TIC TIC TIC sounds?

Did I make something wrong?

If anyone could help me who have a better solution?

This is all my wired cables
I have remove tape from some of them to better see and I have add WAGGO in order to make the cable switch from motor lines

How do you remove the panel in the frame where the existing controller is behind it? I cut around the gap and tried with a screwdriver but it wont open. How to get this panel off?

Or maybe it will be easier to modify the original software or upload another one?

Why buy more controllers and make more electronic waste?

Sorry for my English, I use a translator.
