You just have to flash the first hex (20km / h read out) file with the St v-link utility, that's it

If you take a closer look at the 4 hex files then it will explain itself by itself, it wasn’t meant to be angry ... There’s the 25km / h unlocked and among them the 25km / h locked variant .. Just try it first the 20km / h readout and then the 25km / h Locked that should fit

No offense. Yes, I looked at the files. I can flash the 25 km/h unlocked which works fine, but is not legal in Germany. I am looking for a legal one with limit max. 20 km/h. I understand the "20 km/h readout" is still locked and needs unlocking with Lime app. Or the "20 km/h readout" is already unlocked?
