Picked up a repo'ed Lyft m365 the other day!!

Just got the circuit board in, works with ALL apps and custom firmwares. (Tips on the best settings?!)

New red gaskets, mud guard support & tail light protection parts ordered!

Whats my next mod?! Upgrade to 10" Tires? Upgrade to Ninebot/Bird Zero Motor? Bird Zero Motor + 10" Tire?! 2nd Battery?

That is the bird ES2 with battery pack. Are you talking about the break mod or just hacking it to be rideable?

It was from eBay from the seller ScooterClone. They sell a OEM board for around 50USD they also sell a Clone board for 30 that works with the apps but not modded firmwares

Fwiw, the OEM dash and plastic cover is part number C002580000400.
Way back I bought several from an outfit in Taiwan.
It was from eBay from the seller ScooterClone. They sell a OEM board for around 50USD they also sell a Clone board for 30 that works with the apps but not modded firmwares

Very similar, open the battery compartment disconnect motor and battery, remove side covers for the front wheel and remove the screws securing the fork and 2 bolts holding the front wheel. It's not necessary but would make it easier if you remove the control module unit under the stem before proceeding with a tear down. Will give you more space to work around and remove the wiring.
