Hello, i'm new user in this forum.
I have a problem with an legally bird scooter.
I want to put in it a new dc motor controller, but..
The wheel is locked, and my question is: can i instal the controller with the wheel locked? or i should doing anything?
In the frontal box (gps) are a green button
If someone can help me, i would very grateful.
