So a ”step down” refers to downgrading to a earlier version of the firmware?

I have found a broken Voi Scooter ES2 foldable. Some screws are missing and doesn’t beep when pushed. I’ve tried reading all the posts but is unsure if this scoot is possible to get going with a new motherboard? Then someone had used a ardunio and a downgrade. Where do I find that?

is this the same as the ninebot max g30 ?
Dear parisian baguette thief, this model is not hackable. Too hard and not beneficial for your business because the hardware is protected. You should left it on the street and call voi to repair the scooter.

After I connected the Arduino with the Cables at the front for the gps can I cut the connection after the scooter works?
And how did you get power to the Arduino?
And what is the part left to the Arduino?

Thanks

No, the Arduino needs to be connected all the time because it has to resend the command about every second.
And this tiny thing beside the Arduino is the power supply. A DC-DC buck converter to lover the voltage from the batteries' 42V to 5V To view images REGISTER or LOGIN for full access.
