What's happening in the world of dockless transportation
#1641
Several people injured by scooters offered by Bird and Lime have filled a class action lawsuit against the companies. A few were injured by people riding scooters, some tripped on scooters, and others crashed when the throttle became locked in the on position.

To me it seems like people trying to get an easy pay day. The only claim that seems to have merit is the people who had scooters crash into them while they were on the sidewalk. If this happened to me I'd be looking to join a class action lawsuit too.
