I have a good lead on how to convert this beast.

I'm attempting a conversion tomorrow..

If all goes well, this will be a simple conversion for use with any pro/m365 board.

Just wait till tomorrow till I have more info/experience.

DO NOT SPLICE.
I believe splicing will end in a fried board no matter what order/color you use.

It looked all to easy. I linked up the connectors and seem that the blue was the extra wire To the tacking unit. The green and yellow were switched around. So I cut the connectors and soldered the wired together. I plugged it all in and pufff board was fried hahaha. I hope someone’s making a video on how to convert this. Has been a waste of money so far.

Take the Lyft connector, and carefully cut it with a hot knife.
Try not to reveal the metal near the red wire as this could cause the controller to short when plugged in.

(cut closer to the black wire if needed, though you should be able to sneak through the middle of both of them)

With a sharp knife, shave off the plastic guiding grooves and clip to make a flat connector.

Connect your new connector where the original STOCK MAX dashboard connects. (reference previous posts)

Now, splice the home-made connector with a female m365 dashboard cable - you want to color code the m365 cable to match the photo of the STOCK MAX dashboard.

Where I left off...

Image

Wired in this way, the dashboard booted.

It connected to bluetooth etc..

I believe this was a knock-off m365 pro dashboard.

What went wrong?

I could not disable the motor lock.
I could not use the motor.
Any ideas on how to disable the motor lock?

Android apps would connect to the dashboard but could not unlock it.
Maybe because these apps are meant for an m365 scooter?

Ideas

I have a classic - OEM m365 dashboard thats also been flashed.

I'm wondering if I'd have better luck using a classic m365 OEM dashboard...

WARNING WARNING WARNING

DO NOT REMOVE OR PULL
on the cable that connects the dashboard to the controller.

IT WILL DISCONNECT INSIDE THE POLE.

It is VERY HARD to re-route this cable!!!

splice the cable in place,

or create a tester/debugger cable with a classic m365 cable while we figure this out.
(cut the connector in half to skip 1 pin, and re-wired to match color code of STOCK MAX)

Do you try to unlock the motor with Segway-Ninebot app ?

I have connect M365 screen ( not original ) on G30 bird.
Bluetooth blinks, motor does not turn, lighting not possible to activate , sports or eco impossible.
I can connect to the NRF CONNECT app, but can not flash the dashboard.

It is necessary to modify wiring.
Original : Blue , black , yellow , red
G30 : Red , Blue , yellow , black
( Red : 5v , Blue 34v , yellow 3V , black is negative )
