You need to cut the deck and make fork extensions ( in the photos above , only deck as been cut)

Can you use a fork from a different model or make scooter? Is the motor the es motor? The back rim looks different than es .

Looks really good and clean must be very comfortable to ride now, better than m365 I guess, now would be cool to make it rear wheel drive and front normal tire with disc brake
