If you have any old junk electronics like laptops, DVD players etc, you can harvest short screws from the internal boards.

You need M2x10 screws (anything between 6-15mm length should be fine) to fix the Xiaomi M365 dashboard.

Can confirm, M2 is exactly the thread type, and around 10mm long is just about right. Just did the screw in yesterday
