I have a generic 350w speed controller and a Chinese throttle. I got the speed controller hooked up but the only thing is I can’t use the on/off switch on the throttle. Anyone know where these would go? I think the yellow goes to the positive power supply but I’m not sure about the blue

Blue should be your voltage gauge wire, you don’t have a single blue line out on the controller?
And yes the yellow connects to + or to a key switch.

When I connect the yellow to the power supply the display shows 54v then the throttle wire starts to smoke. It gets super hot where it melts the heat shrink around it.
