Hi everyone,

Ever since i connect my external battery, neither of my batteries reaches 100%.

It stops charing when internal is around 94% and external at 92%.

Can someone help me figure out what the issue is?

I have not tried to disconnect the external battery to see if i still get 100% on the internal one as i did before installing the external one.

I was hoping there was a quick fix please share your thoughts.

What is your BMS and e-BMS fw versions?

If you are referring to the fw on the scooter, according to the app it's the latest one.

No i don't. BMS means Battery Management System. I would tell if i meant it.
Please write exact version do You have.
