I have a 2-week old Ninebot ES2 Pro scooter. I added the external battery pack. Last week while braking, there was a loud clunk from the front wheel, and it now sounds like something is stuck in there binding against the motor. Using the brake causes the scooter to squeal loudly like an old bicycle with bad brakes.
So I filled out the warranty service form on the Ninebot site 3 days ago, and... nothing. Not even an acknowledgement email.
Has anyone successfully gotten warranty service from Ninebot? How did you do it?
