I want to buy M365 - but I never used it before. What can you say about the suspension and the 'ride feeling'... Its better than Ninebot?

It has no suspension, but it has pneumatic tires so they absorb some of the impact when riding around. I have both M365 and Ninebot ES4 and I'd say ride was almost identical. ES4 has a shock absorber but solid tires.

YES its better than Ninebot. On perfect surface runs mostly identical, but on tiles or not so fine road M365 is better, and tyres a bigger, but you need to care about correct air pressure, if its to low tyres will be damaged quickly.
