Interesting, they're competing with the charger markets, but holding hostage the return of scooters for $30 or more. I guess this is one way to get/extort more money out of the scooter companies...

Sounds like chargers are working for the wrong operation now.

They are selling the scooters as well for 50% of retail value, even though their site says they don't. Question is...still worth it to buy 1 or 100?

A retail ninebot es4 is about $750.
There's no way that a used rental ES4 scooter is worth $375. Especially since it's missing the folding mech, charger, and OEM controller/Dash, warranty, etc.

I see that they claim they "do not sell scooters" where are you seeing that they do?
