I've upgraded a controller on my scooter & I've noticed instantly an increase in noise. It's not grinding or anything, it's mostly a whirling noise. I've also validated that the wiring doesn't heat up nor does the motor heat.

I've done some testing with switching phase and hall wires and have confirmed this is the best configuration (compared to vibrating/locking/etc).

Ultimately I wanted to check that by using a more powerful controller, is it normal for a wheel to sound slightly louder on initial spinup?
