I have a link for this security nut manufacturer somewhere. They sell a special tool, not too expensive or difficult to purchase. In my case, I just used one of those "universal" gator grip sockets (about $10 at home depot) and it did the trick with a moderately powerful impact wrench. You'll need steady downward pressure and good contact. Keep your receipt. I had my first socket get destroyed, but they were happy to replace it.
