It could be problematic, because a tube must have a valve stem sticking out out to fill with air. With the hub motor, that space is probably completely occupied by the motor components. You could probably modify the non-driven wheel, but it would most likely be easier just to buy one.

I would change the front at least, the rear , i'm not too sure about.
