can a solid wheel be converter to penumatic? the lime s3 has a solid wheel and it would be nice to have a some bounce ? any info?

It could be problematic, because a tube must have a valve stem sticking out out to fill with air. With the hub motor, that space is probably completely occupied by the motor components. You could probably modify the non-driven wheel, but it would most likely be easier just to buy one.

I was thinking the same thing.

I would change the front at least, the rear , i'm not too sure about.

solid tyres are a cheap way out and will damage peoples' ankes/knees over time with the bumps

Why change the front ? the front s3 has shock absorbers , plus solid wheels have less roll resistance thus faster speeds
