I was looking around for a 2000w moped hub motor and I came across this gem:
QS motor 10" 4000W scooter motor
Image
It has the specs:
  • Peak power: 8000W
    Speed: 30 – 100km/h
    Torque: 30 – 181.1N.m
Does it really have more torque than this Ducati?

  • TORQUE: 112 Nm (83 lb-ft) @ 11,500 rpm
Maybe I can get some low profile tires and put this on my m365 to get up the hills a little faster.

Here's what I was quoted for a 2000W 14" motor for a 50cc conversion:
14inch 2000W V2 Hub Motor: USD238.00.
Kelly Controller KLS7218S: USD150.00.
Shipping: USD165.00.
Total: USD553.00.

I think the motor will be a little to wide to fit on the front fork of a M365.

You could easily have a buddy adjust the forks and make new welding to support this wheel. That would be BADASS!....also deathly lol

Wow. Can any of the more knowledgeable members please explain what it would take to get this motor to function with the m365?
