Hi

I’v managed to salvage some Tier Okai 400B external batteries.
Those are 47V 14.7Ah/690Wh batteries.
Made out of Samsung’s INR21700-50e cells in 13s config.
Battery itself is quite heavy, with big aluminium casing having a handle and a display on top -showing SOC%, battery Voltage and temperature.

On the top there is only a bunch of small cables connected to the LCD itself. Image
Image

On the bottom - we got MR60-M connector with common „+” and two grounding ports - one for load, and second for charging. Also a 5-pin communication connector.
Image

Everything held together with bunch of Torx security T10 screws. Very well waterproofed with two gaskets and extreme amounts of conformal coating silicone paste.

It’d be really hard to get the battery out from the case (because of the silicone) and access to the BMS, but I’ll try.

More pics will follow.
If anyone know how to wake the battery up using built-in BMS - please PM me.

wow you're quite lucky to have these.
Can you confirm that the internal battery and the swappable battery are the same?

Thanks

Are you showing on your pictures that battery ?

I have that one but I don't know how to take it off from the scooter :

Could you please tell me how to proceed for extraction of the battery ?
