I accidentally shorted the wire connecting the 2 of my batteries to the frame, now the scooter won't turn on. There are battery level LEDs on the throttle box, if I turn everything on normally nothing turns on, they don't lite up, but when I connect an led directly to the wire coming out of the controller that is meant to go to the battery level LEDs it lights up, is the controller broken?
