I recently bought a lime scooter from FB marketplace. They said that they acquired it from an auction. I opened it up to find a 36v 15amp speed controller. I've fiddled around with it for a few days now and can't seem to find a viable way around their kill switch. If I buy a 36v 15amp speed controller from eBay and just cut and wire the existing harness, will that work with the existing throttle etc. I'm not worried about the display working, I can worry about that later. Am I missing any reason why that wouldn't work/ other issues that might arise?
