Its bent... more bent than a roundabout. Someone probably stacked it into a curb and is still recovering in hospital.

It looks like the mudguard hits the deck. Definitely not right!

I WOULD NOT ride that.

Hi, I just finished to rewire my SJ 2.5 lime.
Does anyone have a link for a battery charger? I’m not sure if the ones i find online are combatible.

hello pleope, i just wanted to share with you my experiences with a ninebot es1 scooter that i bought on internet, it was very cheap and i supose that may be is bad and i will have to fix it, but the reality was thar it was a scooter fom a retail company GRIN, after try to charge it up, it di not charge and i checked the battery and it shwed a red led blincking.

so i opened the bateerey and checked the tension in the cells an it was very low, 2.1V, so i charge up each cell to 3.4v but it still keep showing the red led blincking, so i think thar the bms is bad and so i will need a new battery, and a dashboar and a control boad in orther to keep it original what is a lot of money for mi. what i am going to do is install a new BMS and a aliexpress control for BLDC motors.

here are some pics of what i hace now and i will upload the procedure as soon as the parts arrive fron china.

Hi

Several people on this topic say that it is not necessary to change the controller scooters ninebot (Tier, Voi, Wind, etc ...), so I listened to them. I bought an ST-Link, I flashed the dashboard with the default OS of ninebot and then I reassembled everything. However after having all reassembled, the dashboard turns on but does not display the battery bar, the taillights flash constantly, can not accelerate and when I connect to the Segway application I have an error concerning the drums.
Anyone know if I did something wrong?

hi, i have a ninebot es2.
The central plate and the control plate have changed.
The scanner is turned on and the application is unlocked.
The problem I have is that the motor does not force and the motor does not work.
Anyone knows how to solve this? the engine does not turn when tightening and accelerating

Yes you are on the right track. Only suggestion is to use 3.3v on blue wire instead of 36volt. It will not last long like that (or maybe already damaged it).

3.3v is enough.

Here's a little contribution by me aswell. Scooter is SZ2.5. Voltages appear on dashboard, after you short the blue wire from the green gps cable, to 36v, and led on controller starts blinking, and a momentary tick can be heard from the front wheel motor. The logic is the following: Green box receives the server signal to start the scooter after transaction is complete etc etc, it shorts the blue wire to 36V to enable the controller. After the controller is enabled, the TX2 pin which can be seen in the pictures is going from 4.3V to ~5V and down to 0V, and is trying to speak to the green box. I think the green box is only replying with an "ok" type signal like 0xFF or something similar, and not with a special "code" which is bound to the specific scooter. I think the scooter identification is solely done on the green box side, since it's the one that communicates with the servers and therefore with the user application. The STM32 on the controller has the same program on every scooter, and expects a simple talkback from the green box saying "start". Honestly, i think @orac12 has done an excellent job finding that "ok" reply that the greenbox will send to the controller and is not lying at all. Props, will try to find that ok code aswell :P
