The SLM750 actually runs a full Linux OS, they're somewhat available publicly. But the specific software for programming them does not appear to be.

The sim card installed in this case appears to be of Chinese origin... dunno how it works here in New Zealand unless its roaming?
- Just power and serial lines - Kernel Panic
- Power then Ground for 2 seconds - Additional Boot still Kernel Panic
- Power then Ground for 5 seconds - DEBUG but still Kernel Panic
