I have (legitimately) acquired a mostly broken Tier Gen 6 scooter. It's been vandalized, so ESC/body controller as well as the control board in the top have been ripped out, as well as cables damaged and so forth (based on the amount of work necessary, it was cheaper to just write it off entirely, or so I was told).

I fully intend to build my own control system, but that requires some information.

First of all, I haven't yet found a way to remove the battery, which is kind of required if I want to rebuild it.
I do have enough electronics knowledge to hook up a new BMS to the existing battery and hook up a corresponding charger, so that won't be a problem.

Also, I don't have any pinouts for the hall sensors from the motor, or the motor power (which would be required to buy and configure a replacement ESC).

Also, does anyone know who the OEM of that scooter is, or where I can find more information about it?
