My city uses these Gotcha Bolt scooters. This one was found way back in the woods and has been there for months. I grabbed it and found 36.2v to the battery pack, so if nothing else I plan on salvaging some of the 18650s. I would love to convert it to a personal scooter, however I do not now what brand scooter this is to buy the conversion parts. I'm pretty handy with electronics, but I cannot find a manufacturer name on it anywhere other than Gotcha. If anyone can point my in the right direction I would be most appreciative.
