I've connected a third party controller and all Is working. Just some issue with the front light (maybe broken) and rear light (there Is positive, ground and signal. Maybe is for flashing. I Need to check the Board).

Great news, and great job!!!
First of all - I tried on my side on software side - good news

But first your work: can you send me some pics, how you wired the debugging test (TX, RX) arduino? I can try it then on my side too, as I said, I am not really specialist on hardware side...
What 3rd party controller did you used? and how did you connected?

On my side: I succeeded to connect to scooter with my own app
I am not ready yet, but I can:
- Connect via bluetooth
- Unlock the scooter with a specific code (encrypt/decrypt)
- Read / write codes to scooter like, turn lights on/off, set max speed, cruise control etc. etc.

But as I said, I have not a release version of the app, and currently only on android sytem. I will try to post a video of my app itself...

My next step is: if you send me your "hardware" part information, I will try with andruino (or what ever) to send the specific codes too, because I think I can understand "what the scooter is talking about"
But some codes I do not understand, like: current speed, mileage, driven km, and so on and so on. The bluetooth service ist pretty simple created, but I do not know how to find out, what every characteristics does on ByteArray side...

if you want to send the .apk I can try just with an old smartphone to stay offline and connect directly with the scooter!

From my side, to be faster I've used a standard USB rs485

Is much simple-
About connection, for sure the main power 36V to the board (8 pin connector, 36V IN and one of the GND of the board , in my case near the 10 pin connector).
And for the bus 485A and 485B from the 8 pin connector.
Nothing else...

I have the same H149 and dumped the 8MB NOR-Flash which communicate with the MediaTek. But at the moment, I hang... A bit of Bootloader information, a FAT12 partition, compressed archives...

My scooter is visible via BLE with the SSID "H149_scooter", there a any possibilites via you're offline. apk!?

Hi guys! I also have few Circ scooters. Battery is not locked and works fine. I use this batteries in my electric bike. And sometimes use the scooter with another motor controller. I also disassebled motor controller and there is specific chinese FOC motor-controller chip. I have some pdf datasheet in chinese.
But cool to hear that there is some success with software!

Do you have a git repository or a piece of information so that I cloud try to write an ios app for that.

As a first step it would be great how you connect and send the on/off information.

Would be great if you would share those information.
