Bought my new 365Pro from Pure electric just over a week ago.
Just after buying it I opened the Xiaomi home app on my iPhone and linked to my scooter.
I was offered the firmware upgrade from 1.6.6 to a newer version
I installed it and relaunched.
Ever since then I have been unable to link my scooter to the app and therefore cannot adjust any settings.
Xiaomi have effectively bricked my UI.
I get an error code and no ability to connect via Bluetooth (error 102 ?)
Contacted Pure Electric and they are aware of the problem but can do nothing.
Attempted contact with Xiaomi (via Twitter) but they have not even acknowledged my query.
This is very poor customer service.
I have tried a couple of solutions that I have found online but nothing works.
I shouldn't be groping around for workarounds on a new scooter ; Xiaomi should have this properly sorted and deal with their customers.
Anyone heard of an announcement from Xiaomi about an app update ?
