I will add an additional battery, so I will feel safe about drawing more current without damaging the batteries, as the current will effectively be divided by two for each battery pack. The motor will be fine, but I am wondering about the controller now. At motor power constant of ~41000 I already noticed the M365tools app reporting 800w peak power consumption on acceleration. And I read people getting 1000w+ controllers for their upgraded motor builds, presumably because the stock power controller ir limited to 1000w before it burns (or just refused to work?).
How much power will motor constant of 33000 allow? Is it 1000w and thats why its the suggested limit? How are people using those preset CFW's of power constants below 33000 with stock parts and even single battery?

Hello
"as the current will effectively be divided by two for each battery pack. " This should tell you that the batteries will be in parallel not in series. Just higher current, as this is the question: will the controller handle it? - The M365 pro controller burn might give a hint. It might hold or it might blow :)
