All stock m365 scooter runs good till I turn on the headlight then it make bad noises in the front wheel any ideas ? Thanks

Your controller is shot.. mine just did the same thing. Works fine until the headlight is on.
I believe it’s a fuse issue in the board.
I have a few boards with this problem.

It happens more often when custom firmware is running at higher wattage.

I have A new one with the digital display but it only turns on and go’s slow
