I’m no stranger when it comes to poorly securing my external battery and have resulted to loctite and zip ties to keep my batteries from coming loose.
I haven’t had a 42 in quite a while but recently bought an impounded jump scooter that gives an error 42 no matter how it’s attached. I’ve tried on multiple es2s and it gives 42 on all of them, but other batteries do not.
I used contact cleaner but the contacts are not burned out at all. I can’t notice any obvious issues with them and they appear shiny and new still.
