After internal battery replacement ES2 doesn't move.

Hi guys n girls,
I got this Ninebot ES2 and it was fully functional. I haven't used it 3months and when I tried it wouldn't turn on any more. So i disassembled it and found out internal battery is dead.
Ok, I found a battery on ebay and replaced it.
Now, scooter turns on but it won't move. Display is working correcly, battery status is OK but when I press throttle it won't move.
When I push ES2 manually I can see that speed on display increase from 0 to 1,2,3 ..
If I hit breake in that moment it blocks front wheel so breake is working.
All lights are working (bottom, break, head..) I can switch modes, I can connect with BT..
Do you have an idea what could be the problem?
