Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to convert a regular ES2 to one that is hybrid and needs to be powered by kicking instead of let the throttle control the power release of the motor. Idealy I would like to be able to switch between these two, so a regular mode and a hybrid mode. Anyone who can help me??

The only way to do this I can see is by using an ebike controller wit cadence pedal assist sensors. This website gives pretty much all the info you need about PAS. You'd probably ave to mount the cadence sensor on the wheel, they generally kick in around 50rpm
