But it is worth mentioning that the SNSC battery uses a different pad in contrast to the G30. And for use in the G30, I soldered to the P11 connector. Although unchanged, the P14 connector on the BMS works with the G30 controller
I going to build my own batterypacks from 18650 batteries that I have salvage from G30 batteries. So there I will completely rebuild the batteries with a new BMS, controller, and so on.
Then I think I will use the Okai ES400 batteries for a powerstation. With those I will keep the battery as it is and just change the BMS to another 13s BMS. Time will tell if I will get electrocuted or not...
got 20 of them battery's i gave up i just strip them and install a new bms now with proper charger spent weeks trying to by pass it not worth the effort proper c*nts to take apart tho got a post how to
How hard was it to get into the battery to change the BMS? I got a couple of batteries from Okai ES400 but they are a pain in the *ss to get into. to be able to change the BMS.
If you got some pictures from when you changed the BMS and what BMS you bought I would love to se them.

This is a great discovery, unfortunately the execution is quite hard without the proper tool and I could not get it to open with my makeshift key. There is no guide for the key inside, so the dimension have to be exactly right.
I made a key that can be 3D printed, with it this should be easy.

I came across a video on YouTube that has a much faster way to open the battery lock within seconds. No need to remove any screws, no key needed and no need to drill the lock. I don't know if I break the "competitor platform" rule if I post the YouTube link so I'll try to explain it with words and a picture even though I think credit is deserved. If an admin can approve it then I'll post the link.
All you need is small tool to lift the battery hatch and a thin tool like an allen key. You have to lift the battery hatch from the left side of the scooter. When you have made a small gap by lifting the hatch then insert the thin tool into the lock(the part that holds the hatch). You have to insert it from an angle coming from the left side not straight down.

This is done on an already damaged locking mechanism. If the scooter is in good condition, there is no gap at all and trying to pry it open puts so much strain on the release hook that there is no way to push it down.

Yes that's the video. I did it yesterday on a scooter that seemed to be in good condition and it worked very easily. Maybe I was just lucky. I will try again some day and update if I was just lucky or not.
