The reason you can’t find any info on this thread about that issue is because this thread isn’t about that issue. I would recommend posting a new thread in the ninebot board about your issue and you’re more likely to get a helpful response.

I read through this thread but cant seem to find my answer. I recently bought a used ES4. It works but I get no display. When I power on, the dashboard lights up for a second but then goes off, no bluetooth. The scooter and headlight operate but I cant connect or change modes.
Is this just an issue of replacing the dash or do i need a new controller? anyway to figure out if I need a new controller vs new dash?
Thanks for the help.

Understood. I think based off what I've read that I have a Bird scooter which is why I posted in this thread, but I will start a new thread. Thank you

Is anyone familiar with this issue?
https://youtu.be/7hCzqSlTen8
It worked yesterday, until I transported the es4 with my car. I tried looking for similar issues in the forum, without success.
The brake and tail lights still work, the brake lights flash when I hit the brakes, except that it won’t accelerate anymore and the display shows nothing.
Thank you

Hi,

I also tried that first, before posting here, but without success.
It is driving me crazy, since I’ve seen it working, and I know that I haven’t done anything to it.
Thank you
