So... after further inspection I've just found a TILE tracker glued inside the frame... so...
A Tile tracker by itself can't track anything. It needs a phone with Tile app nearby.
True...
I din't know anything about Tile. Either way, it's a tracking mode concealed inside the lower frame.
Just a heads Up.

I think i'll take the 3rd party controller and display to get this thing running.
My dash and a green light from the controller board blinks/beeps when i power it up.
Probably will try to flash the dash but I think the problem might be the main board.

Hello, alors ca a marché ou pas ? t as pris laquelle ?

I found a scooter near of paris in dechettery. He was in very bad condition (arm broken !) but he startup after charging step.

For information i tried to flash the original dashboard in place on rental scooter by following the process : https://hackmd.io/s/Bki2fcWwE

i was able to connect and flash the dash with the firmware created on : ninebot.scooterhacking.org

After the installation of the flashed dashboard the scooter was stuck... Dashboard black out.

The motorboard is like a lyft board with more juice to powered the GPS / cellular.

i will try some additional checks and let you know. i made an order for an original Ninebot dashboard even if the scooter is unusable...

no tile found in 1 bird es4 and 1 jump es 4.

friend had 1 bird and 1 jump from tow lot, both seemed to have water damaged (battery leaked and the main circuit board found in the 'stem' had tons of corrosion).

for the rear
we removed the wheel and the manual brake to look inside the board (i.e. platform). didn't find anything in the 'main' compartment. there are two 'side' channels that run the length of the board. saw the wires for the lights there and nothing else

for the front
we removed the fork and looked down the 'main' compartment and the two 'side' compartments. we saw the wiring but did not see any tiles.

conclusion
in the board we saw small mounts and brackets for wires but did not see anything that resembled a bluetooth tile or anything other than the wiring and wiring accessories.

note for the front fork
if you're taking the front fork apart, remember to keep the bolts in the same place. in our case both the jump and bird had the bolts and the plate marked with a marker. may be to see if bolt moved at all after oem or repair. could also be torqued to a certain spec. we didn't have a hex adapter for our torque wrench so didn't check what that torque foot/pound could be. we could hand tighten back to original markings.

this repair video is instructive

Some one find how to fix error 35 after changing mother board? :?:
Hello,

I got the same error code 35 after I replace my electric scooter motherboard (controller) because of error code 40 (overheating).

However, my device is not Ninebot's but Xiaomi M365.

Could you help me please ?

Thanks !

*so check this out*

I've been riding a hacked Bird Segway to work for a few months with no problems. I get off my shift the other day and the scooter is gone. The bike lock I was using is still there and a little mangled and looks like they tried to cut it in one section. Broken pieces of scoot on ground next to the lock. I pulled the camera feed and it turns out a Bird employee was the one who took it. He was messing it with it for a long time and looking at his phone and the bottom of the scoot. He finally broke it free. So what gives? Is there a GPS in the scooter somewhere?
