Anyone know if the Jue Shuai Scooters have any sort of governor settings or a speed limiter? It was advertised to go 35mph on Speed level 3 with Turbo and Dual motors on. I weigh 188lbs (It said 300lb weight limit) and it only goes 25mph on flat ground. Anything else I try settings wise makes it much slower. I went through all the LCD Display Parameters and nothing effected top speed. Even when I adjust the cutoff volts the top speed is not effected which makes me think there is a speed limiter somewhere on it. I tried holding the power button and throttle for 15-20 seconds and nothing changed. I saw online that that could remove the speed limiter on some brands. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
