I've been using a Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 for one year without any issue. This scooter has a top speed of 25 kmh. Today, I turned on the scotter, pressed the accelerator and the scooter didn't move. Later on, I realized that the scooter was indeed moving, but at 5 km/h, which is the speed of slow walk. Did anyone have this problem? What could it be?
