error code 32

bought a es2(voi) scooter at a impound auction got it disassembled to remove the blocker from the switch and removed gps now i have this round 4pin connecter from the gps that isnt connected and now when i turn it on it either beeps 9 times or write error code 32 i have tried unplugging everything but it didnt work.
