I purchased a storage unit with a line scooter that has been previously converted all the work has been done for me but I just wanted to know how it ticked so I opened it up to take a look besides from the throttle being swapped out and some wires being rearranged this was the only other thing that was different but what is it? I I don't know what exactly this is lol so can anybody help me or does anybody have ideas and fui it seems to be magnetic.. it was located in the handlebars/ neck area
