When i charge Bird Zero battery it's stoping on 95/96 percent, sometimes droping to 93,7 and charging to 96. At 96 charger light is red ( charging ), but sometimes it's fast blink one time on green and back on red ( and doing this few times ).
It cant charge to 100%, it's mean that battery need to be replaced?
( I checked on two diffrent chargers )
