Yep, but it does depend on which model they are. Figure that out first, but if they are ninebot es2 or es4 models it's pretty straightforward. On those you replace the dash and the controller in the neck with stock hardware (on eBay these can be purchased for roughly 50 USD).

For other models, there can be different ways to get them working but I couldn't tell you off the top of my head how, but once you know which models your working with you just need to do some research and figure the rest out based on what you find here on this forum.
