I've got a bird zero, opened up the box and found what is in my pic? How do you bypass this to make it a personal scooter. I tried contacting battery provider for a kit but number is disconnected. Thank you in advance

When was the scooter purchased? Starting in the fall of 2019, they changed the code so it can't be hacked.
You'll need to unplug the black box then plug in your device to the the 5 pin on the scooter. Try scootunlock.eu for a similar kit!

open up the black box,its a simcard and spare battery with gps,make sure you destroy and remove both the gps and sim and get rid of it
