I have couple of questions. Maybe somebody can help me:

1. What charger can be used to charge a Gen 3 scooter?
2. What kind of battery cells are used in this scooter (Li-ion, LiPo, ...)?
3. What voltage level does the battery pack emit?
4. How many battery cells are wired in serial and parallel in the battery pack?
5. What is the capacity per battery cell [A]?
6. What is the capacity of the battery pack [A]?

ad 3: its a 10s5p battery pack = 10 x 3.6V in series = 36V discharged to 42V fully charged

You have to open it and connect charger directly to B+ and B- for a few minutes..
